Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm ET. A real person picks up. Most calls answered in three rings or returned within the hour.
Existing-member portal
Already in care? Reschedule, message your therapist, or download a session receipt — all in the portal.
Tell us what's going on. We'll write back.
Anything that isn't a crisis. New members, billing, sliding-scale, careers — all of it lands in the same inbox, which is read every business day.

Privacy
Your information is protected by Ontario's PHIPA + our internal privacy policy. We don't sell or share data, and don't use marketing pixels that include patient identifiers.

Member rights
Every Aurora member has the right to switch therapists at any time, request copies of session notes, and have decisions explained without jargon.
