Meet two real matches.
Within 24 hours we send you two therapists with same-week openings. Read bios, watch their video intros, pick one.
Start in days, not months.
Median time from quiz to first session is under five days. Online or in-person — your call, every week.
28 clinicians. Real bios. Real video intros.
Each Aurora therapist records a 90-second video introduction. Watch a few. Pick the one whose voice you'd actually want to hear every week.

Find a licensed therapist near you.
We're licensed across Ontario for telehealth, and our Queen Street office serves Toronto in-person. Tell us where you are and we'll match you to providers who can see you fastest.
No more three-month waitlists.
Three members. Three reasons.
I'd been on three waitlists when I tried Aurora. They matched me to a therapist who actually got me, and I had my first session four days later.

Mira's caseload is full of new parents. She didn't try to make me feel grateful for being a mother — she helped me feel like myself again.

Eight sessions in I asked myself why I'd waited so long. The fit-quiz felt accurate from minute one.

We work in the methods that work.
Cognitive behavioural therapy
For anxiety, depression, OCD, panic. Structured, time-limited, evidence-led.
Eye movement desensitization
Effective for trauma + PTSD. Bilateral stimulation helps the nervous system reprocess.
Acceptance + commitment therapy
For values-led change. Especially useful for chronic pain, grief, and life transitions.
Dialectical behavioural therapy
Skills-based work for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, BPD, severe mood disorders.
Internal family systems
Parts work — for trauma, attachment wounds, and inner-critic patterns.
Somatic + body-based
When trauma lives in the body, not just the story. Combined with EMDR or IFS.
Across 12,000+ members, six years and counting.
The questions most people ask first.
If yours isn't here, our intake team is staffed every weekday from 8am to 8pm. A real person, not a chatbot, picks up every call.

Twelve questions, four minutes. We ask what's bringing you in, what's worked or hasn't worked before, scheduling, identity preferences, and budget. Within 24 hours we send you two therapists with same-week openings — you book one.
How long until I see someone?
Median time from quiz to first session is under five days. We staff to keep openings, not waitlists. If neither match works, we'll send another two within 24 hours.
Do you bill insurance?
We don't direct-bill, but every session comes with a receipt that 95% of Canadian extended-health plans accept. Many members get 80–100% reimbursed.
Is it confidential?
Yes — Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act applies, plus our own privacy policy on top. Records release only with your written consent.
What if therapy isn't right for me?
Most people who quit therapy do so because the fit was wrong, not because therapy doesn't work. Switching therapists is two clicks, and we hold your insurance details so you don't redo paperwork.
Do you treat kids?
We see clients 16 and up. For under-16s we'll happily refer you to a pediatric-focused practice we trust.
