Finding a therapist shouldn't feel like a second job. Answer four questions and we'll introduce you to two or three of our licensed therapists chosen for what you're actually carrying — with evening, weekend, and virtual openings that work around real schedules.

How it works
Take the two-minute match quiz or send a consult request in your own words. No intake essay, no diagnosis required — 'things feel heavier than they should' is a perfectly good starting point.
A real conversation with our care coordinator — questions answered, logistics sorted, and an honest read on which therapist fits. If we're not the right practice, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
Your first full session, in person at our Fairview office or on secure video. The early sessions are for building trust and setting goals with you — the agenda is yours, not a script.
Every few weeks you and your therapist check the compass together: what's shifting, what isn't, whether the approach still fits. Adjusting course — or adding a psychiatry consult — is part of the design, not a failure of it.
What we help with
These are the concerns our team works with most. If yours isn't on the list — or is three of these at once — that's normal, and the consult call will sort it out.

Quiet rooms with good light at 412 Juniper Avenue — a five-minute walk from the transit hub, with free parking behind the building. For the work that needs a room, a chair, and a door that closes.
Secure, healthcare-grade video from your own corner of the world — no commute, no waiting room. Most of our evening and weekend openings are virtual, and you can mix formats as life demands.
Our approaches
Cognitive behavioural therapy
Notice the thought patterns that steer your mood — then test and loosen the unhelpful ones.
Eye movement desensitisation & reprocessing
A structured, well-studied therapy that helps stuck memories lose their charge.
Acceptance & commitment therapy
Stop wrestling the quicksand: make room for hard feelings and steer by your values anyway.
Emotionally focused therapy
For couples: slow the argument down and find the longing underneath the protest.
Insurance & fees
Every therapist's rate is printed on their profile ($160–$195 per session), we bill Bluestone, Cascade, and most Meridian plans directly, and our coverage checklist tells you exactly what to ask any other plan before your first session.
