Insurance + pricing

Posted prices. No surprises.

We don't direct-bill, but every session comes with a receipt that 95% of extended-health plans accept. Most of our members get 80–100% of each session reimbursed. Self-pay rates are posted below — and sliding-scale spots are reserved if you need them.

Plans we work with

Our receipts work with most Canadian plans.

If your plan isn't listed, the receipt is still likely to work. Most plans are interchangeable in how they handle therapy claims. If yours doesn't, tell us and we'll write a custom letter.

Common questions

Pricing in plain English.

Do you bill insurance directly?

We don't direct-bill, but we email you a receipt after every session that 95% of Canadian extended-health plans accept. Many of our members get 80–100% reimbursed within a few business days.

What's covered by OHIP?

Psychiatrist sessions are OHIP-covered if you have a referral from your GP. Therapy with psychologists, social workers, or registered psychotherapists is not OHIP-covered — but most extended-health plans cover us, and we're tax-deductible if you don't have coverage.

Do you offer sliding-scale rates?

Yes. Up to 30% of our caseload is held for clients on reduced rates. We use household income to set the rate. The application is one page — no judgment, no income verification.

Are sessions tax-deductible?

Yes — Canadian tax law lets you claim therapy with most regulated providers as a medical expense. We email you an annual summary every February for your tax filing.

Want a coverage estimate before you book?

Email us your plan details and we'll write back inside one business day with what you'll likely owe per session.
