Insurance & fees
The money part, with nothing hidden.
Uncertainty about cost keeps more people out of therapy than anything else. So: every fee is on this page and on every profile, direct billing is spelled out by plan, and there's a checklist for exactly what to ask your insurer before your first session.
Session fees
| Service | Length | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Intro consult (phone or video) | 15 min | Free |
| Individual therapy | 50 min | $160–$195, by therapist |
| Couples / relationship therapy | 50 min | $210 |
| Psychiatry — initial consult | 60 min | $220–$260 |
| Psychiatry — follow-up | 25 min | $120–$140 |
Each clinician's exact rate is listed on their profile. A limited number of reduced-fee (sliding-scale) slots exist on most caseloads — ask our coordinator about current availability; no documentation required, just a conversation.
How direct billing works here
Direct billing means we send the claim to your insurer and you pay only your uncovered portion at the time of session — no paying full price up front and chasing reimbursement. Before your first appointment, our coordinator verifies your plan so the first invoice is never a surprise.
