Dr. Marsh is a board-certified cardiologist who opened Lakeshore Cardiology in 2018 around a simple idea: one physician, unhurried visits, and a plan you actually understand.

Most cardiology questions don't need a bigger building — they need more time. New consultations at Lakeshore are scheduled for a full hour, and every follow-up is with Dr. Marsh herself. You will never re-explain your history to a rotating cast of providers.

Dr. Marsh believes a cardiology visit should end with something you can hold: a written summary in plain language, the reasoning behind every test, and a copy sent to the doctor who referred you. If a test won't change the plan, she'll tell you — and won't order it.

Away from the clinic she is a lake swimmer, a slow but committed cyclist, and a firm believer that heart health is built in ordinary weeks, not January resolutions.

Lakeshore is deliberately a consultative practice. Diagnosis, monitoring, prevention, and long-term management happen here; procedures happen with hospital partners Dr. Marsh knows and trusts — and your follow-up comes back to the same chair, with the same physician.

How I practice

Three commitments, kept at every visit

You'll understand your own heart.: Every finding gets shown, not just named — on the screen, on paper, in words chosen for you rather than for a chart.
No test without a reason.: Tests are ordered when the result would change the plan. If watchful waiting is the honest answer, that's the recommendation you'll get.
Your other doctors stay in the loop.: A written summary goes to your referring and primary-care physicians after every visit — cardiology works best as a conversation between your doctors, not a silo.

Cardiac sonographer

Nadia performs every echocardiogram in our office and has a gift for making forty minutes on the exam table feel easy. Your images are read by Dr. Marsh the same day.
Daniel Osei, RN

Cardiology nurse

Daniel runs stress tests, fits Holter and blood-pressure monitors, and is the calm voice on the phone when you call with a question between visits.

Practice coordinator

June handles scheduling, referrals, insurance verification, and records requests. If paperwork is standing between you and an appointment, she will move it.
