Dr. Eleanor Voss founded Lakeshore Cardiology in 2018 after 12 years in hospital-employed cardiology roles. The practice was designed around what was missing in her hospital-based work: time with patients, continuity of care, and the freedom to recommend what’s clinically right — not what’s relative-value-billable.

Dr. Voss is a board-certified cardiologist who completed cardiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic before joining hospital-based cardiology practices in Cleveland. After 12 years, she founded Lakeshore in 2018 to practice cardiology the way she was trained to — with the time the work actually requires. Specialties: coronary artery disease, atrial fibrillation, preventive cardiology, women’s cardiology, athlete cardiac evaluation.
Lakeshore submits aggregated, anonymized outcomes data to the Cleveland Heart Society quality registry annually. Below is the most recent published cohort.

Dr. Voss holds full hospital privileges at three of Cleveland’s major health systems. When patients need hospitalization, advanced imaging, electrophysiology, or interventional procedures, Dr. Voss continues to follow her patients into and through the hospital — not handing them off to a hospitalist who doesn’t know them.
