What you can do online
The Lakeshore patient portal is HIPAA-compliant, available 24/7, and integrates with your in-office care. Most patients use it for between-visit communication, refills, and reviewing their records.
Secure messaging
Message Dr. Voss + the care team directly. Average response during business hours: under 1 business day. Not for emergencies.
View records + lab results
All your visit notes, EKGs, echo reports, and lab results are available in real-time. Most lab results post within 24 hours of testing.
Request refills
Request a prescription refill directly from the portal. Most refills handled within 24 business hours.
Book + manage appointments
Schedule, cancel, or reschedule established-patient appointments. New-patient consults still need to be requested through the scheduling team.
What to bring + how to prepare for each visit type
Different visit types have different prep. Below is a quick reference for the most common.
Before any visit
- Insurance card + photo IDUpdated annually; please bring on every visit

Stress test prep

Echo prep

Holter monitor pickup
- 30-minute pickup appointmentWe attach the monitor, walk through usage, hand off the diary
