Lakeshore is in-network with Medicare and the major commercial carriers in Northeast Ohio. For uninsured patients or those out-of-network, we publish all self-pay rates up front and offer a financial-assistance program for patients who qualify.

Common billing questions
- Yes. Our financial-assistance program offers up to 70% off published self-pay rates for patients with household incomes below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Application requires proof of household income; review takes 5-7 business days. Approval is good for 12 months.
