Appointments & referrals

Two ways in — both of them simple

Most patients arrive by referral; many book directly. Either way, June verifies your coverage before the visit, and new consultations are held weekly so referred and symptomatic patients are seen fast.

Referred by your doctor

Your doctor sends the referral — we do the rest

Once your referral arrives on our fax line, June calls you within one business day to book, verify benefits, and collect prior records. Nothing is required of you except answering the phone.

Referral not moving? Call (555) 014-7821 and we'll chase it.

Coming on your own

Book directly — no referral needed to be seen

Use the request form below or call the office. One honest caveat: some insurance plans require a referral for specialist coverage — we check yours before the visit so there are no surprises.

Your first visit

What the first hour looks like

  • Arrive 15 minutes early — intake forms come by email beforehand, so it's mostly a coffee window.
  • The visit itself is a full 60 minutes with Dr. Marsh: your story, an examination, and an in-office ECG.
  • If a test is worth doing, it's usually scheduled — sometimes done — the same visit.
  • You leave with a written plan; your referring doctor receives a summary the same week.

For referring physicians

Send a patient, get a report — every time

Fax referrals to (555) 014-7822 with your demographics sheet, the clinical question, current medication list, and any prior cardiac tests. Routine referrals are contacted within one business day; mark a referral urgent and we will call your office the same day to co-ordinate.

  • Consult letter after every visit
  • Direct line for clinical questions
  • Your patient returns to your care
