Is this pet insurance?

No — and it's important to know the difference. A wellness plan pre-pays predictable routine care at a discount. Insurance covers the unpredictable: accidents, illness, surgery. They pair well together; they don't replace each other.

What if I cancel partway through the year?

Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We simply reconcile: if the care you've used is worth more than you've paid so far, you cover the difference at regular fee-table prices; if you've paid more than you've used, we refund it. No cancellation penalty.

Can my two pets share a plan?

Plans are per pet — the exams and vaccines are individual, so sharing wouldn't be honest math. Households with three or more enrolled pets get 5% off each plan.
