Eight services, one rule across all of them: you see the numbers before we start. Exam fees are exact. Procedures show honest ranges, because every pet is different, and anything beyond an exam is quoted in writing first.

Before we start Any procedure beyond an exam comes with a written estimate: a range, what it assumes, and what could move the number.

If things change mid-procedure We call you before doing anything outside the estimate, unless waiting would put your pet at risk. We ask how you'd like that handled beforehand.

If money is tight Tell us. There is almost always a plan B: a staged approach, or a most-important-first list. Judgement is not a service we offer.
