Exam and vaccine fees are published, and every service page shows honest ranges. Anything bigger gets a written estimate first.
About us
Cedar Hollow is an independent companion-animal clinic on Alder Lane. Three vets, two registered technicians, one client care lead, and a treat jar that is never allowed to run out.
Our story
Dr. Maya Okafor spent ten years in busy mixed practice, where appointments ran fifteen minutes and the real questions came out at the door. She opened Cedar Hollow in 2019 with one rule: every visit gets enough time to examine the pet properly and talk to the person holding the leash.
Dr. Whitfield joined to build a surgery and dental service around careful monitoring and written estimates. Dr. Raman joined to make the clinic a place cats don't dread. We're still one location, still independent, and still answering the phone ourselves.
What we believe
Exam and vaccine fees are published, and every service page shows honest ranges. Anything bigger gets a written estimate first.
Thirty minutes is our standard visit. Long enough for a proper exam and the question you were saving for the end.
A cat-only room, non-slip tables, treats everywhere, and handling that goes at your pet's speed.
We recommend by lifestyle, not by default, and we'll say so plainly when something can wait or isn't needed at all.
Inside the clinic
Its own entrance from the lobby, a shelf to perch on, a hiding box, and no dog smell.
Most blood results come back within the hour, and X-rays are read the same day.
Every anaesthetic is watched by a registered technician from start to finish.
A couch instead of an exam table, a side door, and all the time you need.
Text us from the parking lot and we'll bring you straight in, past the lobby.
Off Alder Lane, with a step-free front entrance.
