We pulled up the carpet expecting to buy new floors. Nadia came out, lifted a vent, and told us the oak had plenty of life left. It was a third of what we'd budgeted and it looks like 1925 again.

Great install and very tidy crew. Took off a star because the condo paperwork took longer than we expected, though Priya warned us at the first visit that it might.

Stairs and two bedrooms in one day. They drew where the seams would go and showed me before cutting. You can't find the seam now.

The floor itself is great. One transition strip at the kitchen came loose after a month, and I had to call twice before someone came out.

Nikhil, you're right, and we're sorry about the second call. Luc re-set that strip with adhesive and screws, and we've changed how we log warranty calls so one can't sit for a week again. Nadia

Our quote had material and labour on separate lines, which made it easy to compare with a big-box quote. Theirs didn't include removal or levelling. Threshold's did.
