Getting here
Eight parking spots at the door, one of them accessible. The entrance and showroom floor are step-free, with a washroom on the same level.
Four stations, one room
Laid out so you can compare floors the way you'll live with them: in different light, wet, and under your feet.
-
01
The board wall
Around 180 hardwood and engineered samples, full length, so you see how a whole board looks, not a 4 in. chip.
-
02
The wet table
Vinyl plank, laminate and tile on a tray you can pour water on. See what waterproof and water-resistant really mean.
-
03
Carpet racks and pad cutaways
Every carpet on a rack beside the pad we'd pair it with, and cutaways so you can feel the difference underfoot.
-
04
The finish bench
Stains on real white and red oak under two kinds of light: daylight bulbs and warm home bulbs.
Sample loans
Five samples, four days, no deposit
Floors look different at home: next to your cabinets, under your bulbs, in February light. Take up to five samples at a time and bring them back within four days. If you've booked a measure, we'll collect them then.
- Look at them morning, noon and night before you decide
- Lay them by the room's biggest window and in its darkest corner
- Put them next to the cabinets, trim and any floor they'll meet
What to bring
- Photos of the rooms, including the doorways between them
- A cabinet door, paint chip or fabric you want the floor to suit
- Rough room sizes, if you have them (the estimate tool can help)
- Any quotes you already have; we're happy to compare
Walk in, or book a time
Walk-ins are welcome any time we're open. If you'd like Priya or Nadia to yourself for an hour, book a showroom appointment by phone. Thursdays until 7 are the quietest.
Or skip ahead: book the free in-home measureOn display
Free within 45 km of Kingston
Or let the showroom come to you
The free in-home measure brings samples to your door, so you can see them in your own rooms while we measure and read the subfloor.
Rather talk it through? Call (613) 555-0146. Priya answers weekdays, 8 to 5.
