Exact price at the curb — before we touch anything
The crew looks at the pile, points to the fraction line inside the truck box, and names the exact price. It can come in under your range; it never goes over the top without your OK. Don't like the number? We shake hands and leave — no call-out charge.

We load, sweep, and sort
Everything goes on the truck, the space gets broom-swept, and the load gets sorted at our yard: donation runs first, recycling second, landfill last. Donation receipts land in your inbox within a week.

No fuel recovery surcharge. No stairs fee. No "labor over 20 minutes" clause. Every fraction price includes:
- Two-person crew and all the labor
- Stairs, elevators, long carries, and disassembly
- Sorting for donation and recycling, with receipts
- Dump, transfer-station, and tipping fees
- A broom-sweep of the space before we leave
The two printed exceptions: a $25 refrigerant-recovery fee the law requires, and bed-load rates for heavy material like concrete — both explained on the pricing page.
