Partner organizations
Donations only count when someone actually wants them. These four take the bulk of ours; donation receipts come from them, in your name, usually within a week of your pickup.

takes: Sofas, tables, dressers, complete bed sets
Furnishes homes for families leaving transitional housing across Wake County.
Second Shift Appliance Works
takes: Working or lightly-faulty appliances
A repair co-op that refurbishes appliances and sells them at cost, with job training on the bench.
Triangle Fiber & Mattress Recovery
takes: Mattresses and box springs
Strips each unit into steel, foam, and fiber — about 85% of a mattress never sees the landfill.
Bright Cellar Books & Media
takes: Books, records, DVDs, board games
Community shop whose proceeds stock three little free libraries in southeast Raleigh.
The honesty clause: if a load is too soiled, broken, or mixed to divert, we won't pretend otherwise to win your booking. The 43% landfill line funds nobody's marketing — it's just true. Next year's goal is pushing 57% diverted past 65%, and this page is where you'll see whether we made it.
