How a Fairload pickup runs

Most junk companies can't tell you the price until the truck arrives — that part is physics, junk really is priced by space. What's optional is the ambush. Here's how we removed it.

  1. Estimate from your couch

    Text us photos, call, or run the volume estimator — pick your items and watch the truck fill. Either way you get a written range built from the published fraction table, not a mystery quote.

    Run the estimator now — it takes about two minutes and doesn't ask for your email.

  2. Pick a two-hour window

    Choose a day and an arrival window that suits you. The crew calls or texts 20–30 minutes out, so you're not hostage to the doorbell.

  3. Exact price at the curb — before we touch anything

    The crew looks at the pile, points to the fraction line inside the truck box, and names the exact price. It can come in under your range; it never goes over the top without your OK. Don't like the number? We shake hands and leave — no call-out charge.

  4. We load, sweep, and sort

    Everything goes on the truck, the space gets broom-swept, and the load gets sorted at our yard: donation runs first, recycling second, landfill last. Donation receipts land in your inbox within a week.

Never higher than your range without your OK

Your estimate — from photos, phone, or the online estimator — produces a written range. At the curb the crew names one exact number. If it's inside or under the range, we start when you say go. If the pile turns out bigger than what you described, we stop, show you why against the tick lines in the truck, and you approve a new number before anything moves. Decline it and we leave as friends — no call-out charge, no guilt trip.
