Two rooms, two kinds of night

One puts your party inside the kitchen. The other gives you a garden room with its own hearth and its own door. Both eat from the same market.

The Pass

Up to 8 guests, one long counter

Eight seats of reclaimed fir facing the plating counter. You watch every course built an arm's length away, the cooks narrate as they go, and the menu stretches to ten courses because you're close enough to ask for more.

  • Extended ten-course edition of the current menu — $225 per guest
  • One seating per night, 6:30 pm, Wednesday through Saturday
  • Full counter is booked as one party — no strangers at your dinner
  • Pairings poured by whoever opened the bottle

Booked as a whole counter: $1,800 food minimum, any night we're open.

The garden room, after dark

The Solarium

24 seated · 36 standing

A plant-lined room off the main dining floor — fluted wood, sheer curtains, its own hearth. It takes long tables for family-style editions of the menu, or opens up for a standing reception with the anteroom's kitchen behind it.

  • Seated dinners run the tasting menu family-style — $140 per guest
  • Standing receptions draw from the anteroom menu, passed
  • Private entrance off Alder Row; its own sound and lighting
  • Full buyouts of room + anteroom available Wednesday and Thursday

Food & beverage minimums: $3,500 Wed–Thu · $6,000 Fri–Sat.
