Independent collision repair in Lethbridge since 2008

Collision repair, explained at every step.

Repair update, sent by text

“Your SUV moved into the paint booth this morning. The color match looks right, and we're still on track for Thursday pickup. Megan, Tamarack”

A clear plan

Repair starts with a plan you can read

The full picture, up front

A bumper cover can hide a bent bar, a cracked bracket or a radar that's slightly off. We look for it at the estimate and tell you what might change once parts come off.

Your shop, your choice

Your insurer may suggest a shop in its network. You can still choose ours. One phone call does it, and we handle the adjuster from there. Learn how claims work.

What happens to your car

Seven stages, and a text at each one

Most collision repairs take 5 to 10 working days. Here's where that time goes, so a quiet day never leaves you guessing.

More about collision repair
  1. Step 1, 20 to 30 minutes

    Estimate

Drop in or send photos. We note every area of damage and explain what might be hiding behind it.

  2. Step 2, 1 to 3 business days

    Approval

Your insurer's adjuster, or you, approve the estimate. We handle the back and forth with the adjuster.

  3. Step 3, 1 to 2 days

    Teardown and parts

We take damaged parts off to find hidden damage, send any added repairs for approval, and order parts the same day.

  4. Step 4, Only when needed

    Structure

If the body is out of shape, we measure it against the maker's numbers and straighten it on the frame bench.

  5. Step 5, 2 to 5 days

    Body and paint

Panels are repaired or replaced, then primed, color matched and painted in a heated downdraft booth.

  6. Step 6, About 1 day

    Reassembly and calibration

Lights, trim and sensors go back on. We scan the car's computers and calibrate driver-assist systems.

  7. Step 7, Same day

    Quality check and delivery

A second technician inspects the work against a written checklist. Then we walk around the car with you.

“I hit a deer on Highway 3 and had no idea what to do. Megan walked me through the claim on the phone, and I got a text every time the car moved to a new stage. It came back looking like nothing happened.”
