Day or night, call our main line. After hours it forwards to our towing partner, who brings the car straight here.
Already at a tow yard?

Tell us early. Tow yards often charge storage by the day, so we arrange the move as soon as your claim is open.
Your insurer may cover it

Many policies cover towing after a collision. We send the tow bill with the claim, so you aren't left holding it.

Rentals and rides

Rental through your insurance

If your policy has loss of use coverage, or the other driver's insurer is paying, we book the rental and you pick it up at our counter.
Courtesy cars

We keep four courtesy cars for repairs longer than three days when you have no rental coverage. They're first come, first served, so ask when you book.
A ride home

Dropping off without a rental? We can drive you home or to work anywhere in Lethbridge on weekdays.
