Tamarack Collision Care

About Tamarack

An independent collision shop in Lethbridge since 2008. Twelve bays, two paint booths, and seventeen people who would rather explain a repair than rush it.

Who we are

A repair shop that talks like a person

Rachel Okafor opened Tamarack in 2008 with two bays, one paint booth and a simple idea: people in the worst week of their driving year deserve plain answers. What's wrong with the car, what it will cost, and when they'll get it back.

Independent, on purpose

We're not owned by an insurer or a chain. We work with every insurance company, and our job is to repair your car the way its maker intended, then explain the bill to whoever is paying it.

Built around the hidden parts

Paint is what people see. Structure, welds and sensors are what keep them safe. We've spent most of our growth on the second list: measuring, a frame bench, an aluminum room and a calibration bay.
