Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, within 5 miles of shop. Drop you at home/work + pick you up when service is done. Shuttle van seats 6. Limited Saturday availability.

Keys (in keychain or envelope). Completed dropoff form (in container by dropbox). Description of issue + your contact info. Vehicle parking note (where on lot).
When we'll start
Drop off any time. We’ll start diagnostic at 7am next business day (Mon-Fri) or 8am Saturday. Sunday dropoffs start Monday morning.
Status updates
We’ll text within 90 minutes of starting work. Diagnostic finding + estimate via text + email by 11am typical. You decide whether to proceed.
Pickup
Pick up during business hours. We’ll text when ready. Pickup payment + paperwork same as standard appointment.
Security + insurance
Lot is secured + monitored 24/7. We carry $1M comprehensive insurance on your vehicle while in our care. Vehicles parked in covered area when possible.
Compliance + legal
The required information
- We don’t sell customer data. Information shared only with parts suppliers (necessary for ordering) + insurers/warrantors (with your permission for direct billing). GDPR + CCPA compliant. Right-to-be-forgotten honored within 30 days.
