‘Diagnostic took longer than expected’
Sometimes diagnostics run longer than estimate (especially for intermittent issues). We’ve gotten better at communicating realistic timelines + sending updates. Still room to improve.
‘Recommended work I didn’t need’
Rare but happens. We’ve had techs over-recommend in early years. Now: every additional recommendation requires senior tech sign-off. Not perfect; we keep working.
‘Wait was longer than promised’
Express service sometimes runs over 1 hour. We’ve adjusted expectations + better communicate when work will exceed promised time. Not always perfect.
‘Phone wait was long’
Saturday phone wait can be long. We’ve added staff + online booking to reduce phone calls. Most customers now book online which is faster than phone anyway.
‘Couldn’t fix my old vehicle’
Pre-1990 vehicles sometimes exceed our parts + tooling. We refer to specialty shops. Some customers wished we could do everything; honest about scope.
