Wool fisherman sweaters are great for six weeks a year. Ours is knit from a dense organic-cotton rib instead — the same trawler-deck texture, none of the itch, and a temperature range that runs from September to April.
Raglan sleeves keep the shoulder seam off your shoulder, and the rib knits in enough stretch that it never needs 'relaxing back into shape.' Machine washable, because a sweater you're scared of is a sweater you don't wear.
