First Light comes from a cluster of smallholder farms in the Guji Zone, picked at peak ripeness and washed at a central mill. We keep the roast short and bright so the florals stay loud.
Brew it as a pour-over and let it cool a little — the peach sweetness opens up around the five-minute mark. If you normally drink coffee with milk, try this one black at least once.
