What we teach
Eight programs, three arts, one standard: control before contact, always. Pick your room below — every program offers a free trial class.
Kids — ages 4 to 13
Three age bands so a six-year-old is never drilled like a twelve-year-old. Every kids class ends within sight of the parent bench.
Ages 4–6 · 30 min
Little Herons
Thirty quiet, busy minutes: balancing, tumbling, listening, and the very first karate shapes. Karate foundations · Movement & balance
Ages 7–9 · 45 min
Young Herons
Karate technique gets real, gentle grappling begins, and focus gets trained like a muscle. Karate · Intro grappling
Ages 10–13 · 60 min
Juniors
A real curriculum across karate and BJJ, with light contact introduced slowly and by consent. Karate · Brazilian Jiu-JitsuAdults & teens 14+
Foundations is the designed first step; BJJ and kickboxing are where it leads. Sparring is always optional, everywhere.

Adult Foundations

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu with all-levels technique and separate advanced rounds — chess you can sweat to. BJJ — gi · BJJ — no-gi

Kickboxing
Pads, bags, footwork, and conditioning. All-levels classes never include head-contact sparring. Kickboxing · Conditioning
Members 14+ · 90 min
Open Mat
Sunday morning, unstructured. Drill, roll, ask questions, or just stretch — a coach is always on the mat. All disciplinesWomen & girls 14+
