Physician partner
Dr. Anand Krishnan, MD
“Chronic disease isn't managed in the clinic. It's managed on Tuesday nights at the grocery store. My job is to be useful there too.”
Dr. Krishnan spent a decade in community family practice before joining Atrium, and he still talks about medicine the way a good teacher talks about a class: everyone can improve, and the plan has to fit the person's actual week.
He runs Atrium's chronic-care programs — hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol — and is fondest of the unglamorous wins: the A1c that drifts down over three years, the blood pressure that stays boring. His visits end with one question: “what's the one thing we're changing before I see you next?”
He reads home blood-pressure and glucose trends the way other people read box scores, and he will happily message you back about a confusing food label.

Dr. Naomi Adjei, MD, FACP
“Most of medicine is listening. The diagnosis is usually in the story — if someone has time to hear the whole story.”

“The best preventive medicine I know is a body you enjoy living in. Everything else is easier to build on top of that.”

Dr. Mateo Reyes, MD
“When one doctor knows the whole household, care gets smarter. The kids' strep throat and dad's blood pressure are rarely separate stories.”
