Request an appointment
Five small steps, then it’s our job.
Tell us why you’re coming and when suits you. Skin is almost never an emergency, but a spreading rash with fever, facial swelling, or trouble breathing is. Those belong in emergency care first, not a booking form. Questions? Call (734) 555-0142.

What brings you in?
A quick urgency check
This decides which slots we open for you: nothing more dramatic than that.
Choose one: it only affects which slots we show you.
Priority track, not an emergency
A new, changing, or bleeding spot deserves a prompt look, not panic. We hold priority slots so these visits are seen within about five business days. That is a medically appropriate timeline: most changing spots turn out to be benign, and the ones that are not are still best served by a careful exam, a dermatoscope, and a biopsy: none of which an emergency room does better.
Almost every rash books normally. A few need emergency care first: check the list, then confirm.
Go to emergency care instead if you have
- A spreading rash with fever, blistering, or peeling skin, especially if your mouth, eyes, or genitals are involved
- Sudden swelling of the lips, tongue, or throat, or any trouble breathing after a sting, food, or new medication
- A rapidly spreading area of hot, painful, red skin with fever or chills (possible skin infection)
- A severe burn, or any burn involving the face, hands, or joints
Please confirm none of the emergency signs apply, if any do, seek emergency care now and we’ll gladly follow up afterward.
Anyone in particular?

Last step: your details
Request received
Consider it in motion.
Confirmation code
Priority track: your request goes to the top of the front desk’s list: expect a same-day call on clinic days to lock the slot. Prompt, not panicked: that is the right speed for a changing spot.
Bring with you
- Photo ID and your insurance card (if using insurance)
- A list, or the bottles: of medications and skincare you currently use
- Photos of the concern on earlier days, if you have them
- For full-body exams: bare nails and no fake tan, if possible
A real clinic would text and email your confirmation now. This is a design demo: no actual appointment was requested.
