A cancer diagnosis raises a hundred questions. Our answer is one team — medical oncology, surgery, pathology, and navigation in one weekly tumor board — and one number that reaches a human being who knows your chart.

What to expect
Every new patient is paired with a nurse navigator who books your scans, explains your plan in plain words, and gives you a direct line. Infusion visits happen in private garden-view bays at East or downtown — whichever is closer to home.
When it can't wait
If a screening result or biopsy has you waiting anxiously, call us — you don't need a referral in hand to speak with a navigator. During treatment, a fever over 100.4°F is an emergency: call the oncology line day or night.
