The Glow-Plan quiz

Three questions. One plan. Honest math.

  1. Your goal

Texture, lines, congestion, an event, or the brow-lash frame.

  2. Your timeline

A date in four weeks changes the plan more than anything else — some treatments need runway.

  3. Your appetite

Monthly ritual or minimal calendar — the right plan is the one you'll keep.

You'll get a sequenced treatment plan, the monthly cost, and the membership tier that fits — including "skip the membership" when that's the honest answer.

The part you don't see is the part we're proudest of

  • Injectables and laser protocols written and supervised by Dr. Renée Okafor, our medical director — medical days every Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Hospital-grade autoclave for every metal tool; single-use everything else. Logs kept, inspections welcome.
  • Health Canada–licensed devices and products only — and a patch test before any first peel, laser, or tint.
  • A written file for every face: what we used, how you responded, what's next.

What the standing appointments say

  • “I came for one facial before a wedding and left with a plan I've kept for two years. Maya remembers my skin better than I do.”

  • “They talked me OUT of filler at my consult and into a peel series. Six months later I finally understand my own face. Who does that?”

    Priyanka S.

  • “Glow Nights is the only networking event I attend voluntarily. My brows have never looked employed-er.”

Straight answers

Asked constantly, answered honestly

Will one facial fix my texture / scarring / pigment?

No — and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. One facial gives you a week or two of glow and cleaner pores. Texture, post-breakout marks, and pigment change over a series: typically four to six peels or laser sessions spaced a month apart, with results still building 8–12 weeks after the last one. We'll always tell you the honest timeline at your first analysis.

Is Studio Lumière a medical clinic or a spa?

Deliberately both, with a bright line down the middle. Facials, peels, brows, and lashes are aesthetician services in a salon setting. Injectables and laser protocols are medicine: they run under our medical director, Dr. Renée Okafor, with injectables performed only on Tuesday and Thursday medical days after an in-person candidacy consult.

How do the membership credits actually work?

Your monthly fee converts to banked credits — $109 buys $109 in credit on Glow; the bigger tiers bank slightly more than you pay ($215 on Lustre's $199, $385 on Golden Hour's $349). Credits stack for 12 months, apply at face value to any aesthetician service or skincare, and member percentage discounts cover whatever your credits don't. The honest part: if you visit less than every 8 weeks, skip the membership — à-la-carte is better value and we'll tell you so.

Not sure where to start? That's the point of the quiz.

Three questions — your goal, your timeline, how often you'll actually come in — and the Glow Plan does the math, membership tier included.
