Renée oversees everything at Lumière that touches medicine: she writes the treatment protocols, reviews every laser setting, and personally runs the injectable program on Tuesday and Thursday medical days. Her dosing philosophy is famously conservative — she'd rather see you twice than overfill you once, and about one in five of her consults ends in 'not yet.'

Maya built Lumière's peel curriculum and trains every aesthetician who joins the studio. Clients call her 'the skin librarian' because she remembers every file — she'll reference the flaking pattern from your March peel in September. If she says your skin barrier needs three weeks of repair before the next step, there is no negotiating.
Off duty: Ceramics classes; her mugs are all over the studio's tea bar.

Sofia Marchetti

Sofia is the reason the Golden Hour facial has a waitlist. Her lymphatic and gua sha work borders on architectural, and she has a sixth sense for skin that's been over-exfoliated at home — half her first sessions turn into gentle interventions about 10-step routines. Brides ask for her by name.
Off duty: Sunday pasta from scratch, opera on the radio.

Brow + Lash Artist
Certified lash + brow artist · 6 years
Jade maps every set of brows to the face in front of her and will talk you out of a trend that fights your bone structure. She keeps a strict ledger on chemical timing and has refused laminations to protect over-processed brows more than once — which is exactly why her regulars trust her with anything.
Off duty: Film photography; the prints in the brow room are hers.

Aesthetician + LED Specialist
Medical aesthetics diploma · 4 years · laser-certified
Priya runs the LED ritual program and most weekday express appointments — she's usually the first face new clients meet. She's fluent in 'I've never done anything like this before' and will build a plan that starts smaller than you expect. Her aftercare texts are so thorough clients screenshot them for friends.
Off duty: Bouldering, badly but happily, at the gym up the street.
A note on the portraits: we use monograms instead of stock faces — the five people above are fictional, and pretending otherwise with photos felt like the opposite of this studio's whole personality.
