How credits actually work

Your monthly fee converts to banked credits at the rates above. Credits stack and stay valid for 12 months from the month they're issued.

Credits apply at full face value to any aesthetician service and to take-home skincare. Injectables are medical treatments: credits apply at face value, but percentage member pricing never applies to injectables or consults.

Three-month minimum to start, month-to-month after that. Cancel with 30 days' notice — remaining credits stay redeemable for 60 days after your last billing date.

Pause up to 2 months per year (renovations, winters in Lisbon — life happens). Credits don't accrue while paused, but nothing expires either.

Credits are not cash, aren't refundable, and can't be transferred — except gift transfers to a named friend twice a year, because that's half the fun.

Honestly: if you visit less than every 8 weeks, à-la-carte pricing is better value than Glow. Our booking team will tell you the same thing — we'd rather keep you than bill you.
