We take most plans, we check your benefits before your visit, and we post our self-pay prices, including the services insurance rarely covers. No surprises is the goal.
Plans we work with
- Commercial PPO plans Most major plans. No referral needed for most.
- HMO plans Many accepted. Some need a primary care referral.
- Medicare and Medicare Advantage Accepted at all three clinics.
- Idaho Medicaid Accepted for clinic visits and urgent care.
- Workers' compensation Bring your claim number and employer contact.
- Auto injury claims We bill your auto insurer when coverage applies.
Plans change every year. We confirm your coverage before your visit rather than list plan names here that may be out of date.

Before your visit
Tell us your plan when you book. We check your benefits and tell you about any referral your plan needs.

Imaging and surgery
If your plan needs prior approval for an MRI or surgery, our team submits it and keeps you posted.

You get one itemized bill from us. Questions go to a billing person in Boise, not a call center.

Paying over time
Payment plans are available for deductibles and self-pay balances, with no interest.

Workers' compensation
Bring your claim number, the date of injury and your employer's contact. We send work notes and updates to the adjuster with your permission.
Auto injury
We can bill your auto insurer when your policy covers medical care. Bring your claim number and the adjuster's details.
Student athletes
Sports physicals are a flat $45 with school forms included. Baseline concussion testing is $35 per athlete, or billed to the team.
