Price per square foot
Prices by finish, with the arithmetic showing.
Pick a finish, multiply by your square footage, add the lines that apply. That is honestly how we build a quote. The estimator below does it for you and prints every step.
By finish
Price per square foot
2026 prices for flatwork in our service area, for a 4 in slab on our standard base. Ranges, not promises: the firm number comes after the site visit.
-
Broom finish
Plain gray concrete with a light broom texture for grip. The workhorse for driveways and walks.
Care: Penetrating sealer every 3 to 5 years. Optional, but it keeps salt out.
$8 to $12 per sq ft
-
Colored broom
Color mixed all the way through the batch, so a chip or worn spot shows color, not gray.
Care: Penetrating sealer every 3 to 5 years. Color fades a little in year one, then settles.
$10 to $14 per sq ft
-
Exposed aggregate
We wash the top layer of cement paste off to show the stone. Very grippy and hides dirt well.
Care: Sealer every 2 to 4 years to keep the stones locked in and looking wet.
$12 to $17 per sq ft
-
Stamped, one color
Pattern mats pressed into fresh concrete, a base color and a contrasting release powder.
Care: First sealer coat included. Reseal every 2 to 3 years; every 2 on a salted driveway.
$15 to $22 per sq ft, first seal included
-
Stamped, multi-color with border
Two-tone stain work, a smooth or contrasting border band, and hand-detailed edges and steps.
Care: First sealer coat included. Reseal every 2 to 3 years.
$19 to $27 per sq ft, first seal included

Square-footage estimator
Run your numbers.
Every line of math prints on the right: area, cubic yards, trucks, the joint layout and each price line. It is an estimate, not a quote. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere.
Comparing bids
Why two bids can be $3,000 apart.
Lay the bids side by side and look for these four lines. If one bid does not mention them, call and ask. Then call us with the answers; we will tell you honestly if the cheaper one looks fine.

01
Base depth
Two inches of gravel and six inches compacted in lifts are not the same job, and they are not the same price.
-
02
Steel
Mesh on chairs, rebar, or nothing at all. Ask where the steel sits; mesh lying on the dirt does nothing.
-
03
Tear-out
Some bids leave it out, then add it on the day. Ours is its own line, priced per square foot.
-

Access
If the truck cannot reach the forms, someone pumps or wheels it. We price that up front as a line pump.
