How we approach it

The panel is the one part of your electrical system everything else depends on. We replace fuse panels, retire Federal Pioneer Stab-Lok panels, and upgrade 100 A services to 200 A for homes adding EV chargers, heat pumps, or secondary suites. Every upgrade includes the ESA notification, coordination with your utility for the disconnect/reconnect, a torque-checked termination on every breaker, and a printed circuit directory — not a mystery grid of half-labelled switches.

Honesty note Ranges cover typical detached and semi-detached homes. Buried service entrances, stone foundations, and shared services (common in pre-war Hamilton duplexes) can push past the top of the range — we'll tell you at the site visit, not on the invoice.
