  Planned work, not sirens

  We book scheduled projects — panels, chargers, renovations, rewires. If something is sparking right now, shut the circuit off and call your utility or 911; we are not an emergency dispatch service and won't pretend to be.

  The permit is a line item

  Every job that requires an ESA notification gets one, we file it, and its cost is printed on your quote. A contractor who suggests skipping the permit is asking you to hold the liability.

  Estimates are honest ranges with the arithmetic shown. The firm number comes after we've seen your panel — and once it's written, it doesn't move unless the scope does.

1. 01

   Get an honest range

   Use the calculator or the published price books. Every figure is a planning range for a typical home — with the assumptions printed beside it.

2. 02

   Site visit, firm quote

   We look at your panel and your walls, then write one number. It includes the ESA permit as a line item and doesn't move unless the scope does.

3. 03

   Work, inspection, paper trail

   The work is done to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, inspected by the ESA, and closed out with the certificate and a typed circuit directory.
