- 90-day workmanship warranty on every job. 12 months on hardware we supply.
told straight
A kicked-in door usually fails at the frame, not the lock. That's why a $40 strike plate with long screws often does more than a $300 deadbolt. We'll tell you which one your door needs.
is this you?
When people call us for this
- You just moved in and don't know who has keys
- A door rattles or sticks, or the deadbolt won't slide all the way
- The sliding patio door shuts with a latch you could open with a butter knife
- Someone tried your door, or a neighbor had a break-in
- You want a clear plan before you spend money on new hardware
how the job goes
Four steps, and the price comes first
-
step 01
A free walk-through
Book any visit and the tech checks every outside door and the ground-floor windows. It takes about 15 minutes.
-
step 02
A written list, in order
You get a short list: what to fix first, what can wait, and the price of each line from the price book.
-
step 03
You pick what we do
Do all of it, some of it, or none of it. Saying no costs nothing beyond the visit you booked.
-
step 04
Tested before we leave

What customers said
Rated 5 out of 5
Rekey after closing on a house“Five cylinders rekeyed to one key. The math on the invoice matched the price book on their site line for line: $125 for the visit and first two, $24 each after. Handed me the old pins in a little bag.”
Rated 4 out of 5
Smart lock install“Great work, honest price, and they wiped the factory codes in front of me. Four stars only because the arrival window was 2 to 4 and they rang at 3:50. They did call at 3 to warn me, which I appreciated.”

Questions about residential & home security
Do I need new locks when I move into a house?
Usually not. Rekeying makes the old keys useless and keeps the hardware you have, for much less than new locks. Replace only what's worn or weak, and we'll tell you which is which.
What makes a front door harder to kick in?
A strong strike plate held by 3-inch screws that reach the wall framing. Many doors ship with short screws that only bite into the trim. A Grade 1 or Grade 2 deadbolt helps too, but the screws matter most.
Is the walk-through really free?
Yes, with any booked visit. You get the list in writing, and there's no pressure to buy anything on it.
