Verdant is a six-person studio. Two principals, two foreperson leads, one designer, one project manager. Twelve commissions a year, maximum. The cap is the practice; we don’t hire to scale.
Anna Reed
Anna founded Verdant in 2014 after eight years at Andrea Cochran Landscape Architecture. ASLA-licensed in California and Massachusetts. Leads design on every Verdant project; her hand is on every plate.

Marcus Wei
Marcus runs the build side. Twenty years in construction (residential and high-end commercial) before co-founding Verdant. Licensed general contractor in California; certified arborist. On site three days a week.

Eliza Park
Eliza heads the North team — Marin, Sonoma, the coast. Eight years at Verdant, six before that on a coastal restoration crew. Specializes in native plant systems and wind-exposed sites.
