Emergency storm response
Tree on the house, the car or the only way out? The storm line is answered day and night.
How we do it
When a tree comes down on something that matters, the first job is making it safe. Our storm crew gets the weight off the roof, tarps any hole, and clears a way in and out. Full cleanup follows once everyone is safe and dry.
We work in order of danger, not in order of who pays more: people and homes first, blocked exits next, then cars, sheds and yards. Everyone hears an honest arrival window when they call.
We take photos before, during and after, and send an itemized invoice you can hand to your insurance company. Many home policies help when a tree hits a covered building, but only your insurer can say what yours pays.
What it costs
Typical ranges in our area. Your firm price comes after the on-site look, in writing.
| Job | Typical range |
|---|---|
| Emergency visit: assess and make safe Crew of three, first two hours on site | $450 to $900 |
| Tree or large limb off a roof, rope and rigging No crane needed | $1,200 to $3,500 |
| Crane-assisted lift off a house When the weight can't be lowered by hand | $3,500 to $8,000 |
| Driveway or road clearing, per crew hour Cut, move and stack; chipping extra | $250 to $400 |
| Temporary roof tarp after removal Until your roofer arrives | $200 to $450 |
Straight talk
Nights, weekends and holidays add the posted after-hours rate of 25 percent. That's it. No storm surcharges, no cash-only deals, and nothing to sign while a tree is still on your roof.
"Called the storm line at 11 at night with a limb through the garage roof. A real person answered, gave me a time, and they showed up inside it. The invoice made my insurance claim easy."
