Tree removal
Dead, leaning or just in the wrong spot. We take it down in pieces, lower every one on a rope, and leave the yard raked.
How we do it
Most trees near a house can't just be felled. Our climbers take them down from the top, one piece at a time, and lower each piece on ropes so nothing lands on your roof, fence or garden.
A certified arborist looks at the tree first. Sometimes a tree you thought was a goner only needs a good prune, and we will tell you that. If it does need to come down, you get a written price with the cleanup, chipping and haul-away already in it.
On the day, we set up a drop zone, protect the lawn with mats where the equipment rolls, and finish with a rake and a blower. You decide what happens to the wood: hauled away, cut to firewood length, or left as chips for your beds.

Straight talk
Ranges cover typical Knoxville-area yards. Height, trunk width, what sits under the tree and how close the chipper can get all move the price. The firm number comes after the on-site look, in writing, and it holds for 30 days.
"A 70 foot oak hanging over our bedroom. They lowered every piece on a rope and nothing touched the roof. By 4 p.m. you couldn't tell a tree had been there."
