Marcus Wray
Partner. Six years as a prosecutor before he switched sides. Marcus leads the firm's DUI and DWI work and knows how these cases are built.
“Most DUI cases are decided by the details. I check every one.”
About Marcus
Marcus spent six years as a prosecutor, where he handled hundreds of impaired-driving cases. He knows how the state builds a DUI case because he used to build them.
He joined the firm in 2013 and now leads its impaired-driving practice. He has completed training courses on standardized field sobriety testing and on how breath-test machines are maintained and operated.
Marcus is known for reading every page of the paperwork and watching every minute of the video. He says the answer is usually in the details nobody else checked.
