Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome during gallery hours. Sundays are private appointment only. Plan to spend 60 — 90 minutes the first time you visit.

Can my agent represent me?
Yes. We pay full co-brokerage commission to qualified BC-licensed agents. Have your agent register on the broker page or contact Priya directly.

Can I tour with my interior designer?
Yes — we welcome design partners. We have a separate consultation room for on-site finish reviews and can arrange material samples on request.

I’m flying in from out of town — anything special?
Yes — let Sara know your dates 48 hours ahead. We hold a private viewing slot, arrange a car from the airport on request, and can coordinate hotel discounts at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier.
