The architect chose
so you don’t have to.
Most pre-construction sales centres make finishes the upsell. Standard tile, then $40-a-square-foot upgrade tile, then $90-a-square-foot designer tile. Three versions of the same building.
Northgate runs the opposite playbook. The architect specs the building once, the interior designer specs the residences once, and every unit ships at the same quality. The only choice is the colour palette.
Limestone.
A cool, harbour-ready palette. Pale limestone slabs, bleached quartersawn oak, brushed-nickel hardware. Reads brighter — ideal for north and east exposures.
