Registration is now open for The Westwind

Northgate Residences is pleased to open registration for The Westwind, a 26-storey collection of 214 homes rising in the West Harbour district. Registration is free, carries no obligation, and secures your place in line: every registrant receives a priority number assigned strictly in order of sign-up.

Priority previews will be the first opportunity to tour the presentation gallery, review released pricing and reserve a suite — and they are offered to registrants only, in priority order, before any public release. When the public launch follows, remaining suites are released at prevailing pricing.

Twelve floorplans — from the 512 sq ft Zephyr to the 1,466 sq ft Aquilon penthouse — span three floor bands and all four exposures. Illustrative pricing from $489,900 is published on the floorplans page; use the suite configurator to shortlist plans that match your bedroom count, level and light.

Design Earlier this year

Design milestone: The Westwind completes design development

Arden & Vale Architects have completed design development for The Westwind, fixing the building's most distinctive move: a facade of staggered, wind-sculpted balconies that step across the west elevation like a falling breeze. Every balcony is placed for shelter as much as for view — computational wind studies shaped the offsets so terraces stay usable on days the harbour blows hard.

Inside, Studio Ferren finalized the three finish palettes — Dawn, Dusk and Meridian — each built around full-height glazing, wide-plank oak and stone-look porcelain. All three are included in the purchase price; buyers select their palette at their signing appointment.

The ninth floor is confirmed as the building's amenity level: the Horizon Pool, the double-height Ninth Lounge, terrace gardens and Altitude Fitness all sit above the neighbouring rooflines, where the view begins.
