Build the chain.
One bowl at a time.
We’re hiring across all 32 stores plus a small Brooklyn HQ team. Real wages, stable schedules, internal promotion. The fastest path to a store-manager role is still through the front line.

Promote from inside
82% of our shift leads were team members first; 70% of our store managers were shift leads first. We don't fast-track outsiders into store leadership.
Real wages, not tip-padding
Base wages are 25 — 35% above market in every city we operate. Tips are on top, not in lieu. Tipped pay never replaces a real wage.
Stable schedules
Schedules are posted two weeks out. Once posted, they don't change unless you ask us to. We don't run on-call or split shifts.
Real benefits at 28 hours
Health, dental, vision at 28 hr / week (not 30). 401(k) match starts at 90 days. Two weeks PTO from week one for full-time staff.
“I started part-time at the Williamsburg counter while I was finishing my degree. Eighteen months later I was running a shift; three years later I had my own store. Maya still works a Saturday at Park Slope every other month.”
“Best job I've had. The schedule is the schedule — they don't change it on you Friday afternoon. I know my Tuesdays for the next three months. That's worth more than the wage bump alone.”
“Came from a big tech company that ran on hype. Bowl & Branch runs on numbers. Decisions are made because they're right for the stores, and the stores are 95% of the company.”
