You'll own

  • Build bowls to order with speed and care
  • Own prep tasks — pickling, roasting, portioning
  • Keep the line stocked, clean, and moving
  • Make regulars feel like regulars
Shift Lead Westboro · Full-time · $22.00–$25.00 / hour + tips

Run the floor during peak. You'll open or close, coach a team of 6–8, and own the order-ahead queue.

You'll own

  • Lead service during lunch and dinner rushes
  • Manage the order-ahead and catering queue
  • Coach new team members through training blocks
  • Handle counts, deposits, and closing checklists
Assistant General Manager Kanata · Full-time, salaried · $52,000–$58,000 / year + bonus

Partner with the GM on scheduling, ordering, and people development at our highest-volume suburban branch.

You'll own

  • Own scheduling and inventory ordering
  • Develop shift leads toward management
  • Run local partnerships and community events
  • Step in as acting GM when needed
