Most locations deliver within 3 miles. Some urban locations deliver further; some rural deliver more selectively.
Direct delivery available
Some locations have in-house delivery for orders $30+. No platform fee; tip-only delivery model. Limited markets.
Delivery time
Typical 25-35 minutes from order to delivery. Some peak times longer. Real-time tracking via delivery platform app.
Catering delivery
Catering orders (12+ bowls) have separate delivery setup. 24-hour notice typical. Pickup or delivery; specific catering minimum + delivery radius.
Tipping
Tipping recommended for delivery. App-platform pre-tip available. Cash tips welcome at delivery.
