100% plant-based. No animal product anywhere in the bowl, including dressings.

No wheat, barley, rye. Soba bowls always contain wheat — they cannot be GF.

No milk, cheese, butter, or cream. Tahini and sesame ginger dressings are DF by default.

Nut-free

No tree nuts or peanuts. We can prepare in a separate prep area on request — let us know.
