Do you accommodate allergies?
Every ingredient is tagged on the menu and on the line. Our topping line uses dedicated utensils per tray, but all bowls are built in a shared kitchen — tell us about severe allergies and we'll build yours from fresh pans in the back.
How does order-ahead pickup work?
Order online or in the app, choose a branch and a 15-minute window, and your bowl will be on the pickup shelf under your name. No line, no waiting.
Is everything really compostable?
Bowls, lids, cutlery, and napkins — all of it. We also divert kitchen scraps to a local composting co-op and donate unsold bowls through a food-runner program each night.
Can I book the bowl bar for an event?
Yes — the Build-Your-Own Bowl Bar caters groups of 10 to 200. Send a catering inquiry with your date and headcount and our team will confirm within one business day.
