How points work
1 point per $1 spent
Standard. Round to nearest dollar; tax + tip don’t earn points. App + in-store + delivery + catering all earn.
12 points = free bowl
Free signature bowl OR build-your-own equivalent. Points expire 12 months from earned date if unused.
Birthday bonus
Free side OR drink in your birthday week. Sign up + provide birthday info. Automatic.
Triple-points days
Quarterly. Specific dates announced via app + email. Triple points on all orders during 24-hour window.
Refer-a-friend bonus
Each new member you refer earns you + them 5 bonus points. Limit 3 successful referrals per quarter.
Catering orders earn 2x
Catering orders (12+ bowls) earn 2x points. Apply rewards across catering + standard orders.

Free side or drink — 5 points
Lower-cost redemption. Use 5 points for free side ($3.95-6.95 value) or drink ($2.50-5.50 value). Useful for bridging to next free bowl.
Premium protein upgrade — 3 points
Upgrade chicken to salmon (or similar). $2 value upgrade for 3 points. Strategic redemption for bowl-only customers.
Skip-the-line at pickup
Bowl Insiders members get dedicated pickup line at counter. Saves 1-2 minutes typically; valuable during busy lunch times.
Birthday surprise + bonus week
