How far in advance?
24 hours for any ten-pack or 25-pack. 48 hours for 50-pack. Same-day catering possible — call us, we sometimes can.
Delivery range?
Free within 5 miles of the routing store. $25 fee for 5 — 10 miles. Beyond 10 miles we route through the next-closest store.
Vegan / GF / nut-free?
Yes. Tell us the spread on the inquiry form — most catering orders run 30 — 40% non-protein anyway. We mark every item with diet badges.
Cancellation?
Free up to 24 hours out. 50% charge inside 24 hours. 100% charge inside 4 hours. We try to be flexible on weather or office-shutdown days.
