About the esthetician
Hi, I'm Noemi. I'll be the one looking closely.
Noemi Rios has been a licensed esthetician since 2017. She is the only person who will ever treat your skin at Loupe, which means she remembers what it did last time.
A note before your first visit
Most people come to me after trying a lot of things. A drawer of serums, a facial that hurt, a peel that left marks. I get it. Skin care is full of big promises.
I'd rather make small, true ones. I'll look at your skin properly, tell you what I see, and tell you what I can and can't help with. If I think you need a dermatologist, I'll say so on day one. I spent four years working beside one, and I know where my work ends.
Most of the time, good skin comes from a few steady things done for a long time. My job is to help you find those things, and to make the hour you spend here the calmest of your week.

What she believes
- Look closely
- Every visit starts with a real look at your skin, under a magnifying lamp, before anything goes on it.
- Say it plainly
- What a treatment can do, what it can't, and what it costs, before you agree to anything.
- Refer early
- If something needs a dermatologist, you'll hear it on day one, not after six facials.
- Fewer products, used well
- Most routines need three or four steps. We take things away more often than we add them.
What she won't do
- Injectables, fillers, or anything with a prescription
- Lasers or IPL
- Diagnose or remove moles, growths, or rashes
- Medium or deep chemical peels
- Microneedling deeper than 0.5 mm
- Lash extensions or microblading
- Sell you a routine you don't need
