Homecare
A small shelf, and no pressure
We keep a short shelf of professional cleansers, serums, and SPF, mostly fragrance-free. You never need to buy from us. Your skin notes name the type of product you need, so you can buy it anywhere.

Policies
In plain words
One room and one esthetician means a missed visit is a lost hour nobody else can use. These rules keep it fair for everyone.
- Cancelling or moving a visit
- Life happens. Cancel or move your visit at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, we charge half the service price. If you don't come and don't tell us, we charge the full price. Once a year, we waive one late cancel, no questions asked.
- Deposit for new clients
- New clients pay a $25 deposit to hold the time. It comes off your bill on the day. It's only kept if a late cancel or no-show charge applies.
- Running late
- We have one room and the next client is on their way. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we'll do as much as we safely can in the time left, at the full price, or move you to a new time.
- If something isn't right
- Tell us within 7 days. We can't refund a treatment, but we will look at your skin and make it right, whether that's a follow-up, an adjustment, or a different plan. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days.
- Series and programs
- Series are paid up front and used by one person. Peel series are good for 4 months, microneedling series for 6. If a health change means you can't finish, we refund the unused visits.
Payment
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash. Series and programs are paid up front.
Gift cards
Any amount from $25, by email or printed. They never expire.
